If an event is cancelled, the full amount is refunded without any request being required. If it is postponed, you may choose between accepting the new date and taking a full refund; the decision period is 14 days.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes. Ticket transfers are free of charge; once the recipient accepts, your existing QR code is invalidated. If you cannot attend, you may also transfer the ticket at face value on the resale marketplace.

Can I still find tickets for a sold-out event?

Often, yes. Ticket holders who cannot attend may transfer their tickets at face value; listings appear in the resale section of the event page. Transfers are processed on the platform: the seller's code is invalidated and a new code is issued to the buyer. No payment or contact between the parties is required.

Why are all resale prices the same?

A listing may not exceed the price the seller originally paid, and the system rejects any higher amount. This limit exists to prevent tickets being bought up for resale. A service fee of 8% is charged to the buyer; no deduction is made from the seller.

Can I use a screenshot of the QR code?

Screenshots are not accepted at the entrance. The QR code refreshes every 15 seconds and activates 1 hour before the event, which prevents tickets from being duplicated.

Will my ticket work without an internet connection?

Yes. The ticket is downloaded to your device and can be scanned without a connection. You may also add it to Apple or Google Wallet; if the time or entrance changes, the pass updates automatically.

What is Biletini Puan and how is it used?

Accepted Answer

You earn points on every purchase and can use them as a discount against the service fee. One Biletini Puan is worth one Turkish lira. Both parties earn points through the invitation programme.
