1. Parties
SELLER / INTERMEDIARY SERVICE PROVIDER: Biletini
BUYER: The user purchasing a ticket through the application.
This agreement is formed when the buyer gives consent at the payment step and is retained electronically.
2. Subject of the agreement
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the ticket selected by the buyer through the application.
The ticket is deemed to have been delivered electronically at the moment the purchase is completed and is displayed in the My Tickets section of the application.
3. Details of the service
The name, date, time and venue of the event, the ticket category and the total amount are set out in the order summary and in the annex to this agreement.
The amount shown includes the service fee; no additional charge is applied at the payment step.
4. General provisions
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information on the ticket and for complying with the event rules.
The content, duration and rules of the event are determined by the organiser. Proof of identity may be requested at the entrance to age-restricted events.
In the event of cancellation, postponement or a change of venue attributable to the organiser, the buyer holds the rights set out in the Pre-Contractual Information Form.
5. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for entertainment services to be provided on a specific date.
Notwithstanding this, the seller grants an unconditional right of refund up to 48 hours before the event as a commercial undertaking. This undertaking also covers the service fee.
6. Resolution of disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the monetary thresholds announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
