What to know before purchasing: who the seller and intermediary are, what the price includes, and how withdrawal rights apply. · Updated: 31 July 2026

1. Seller and intermediary

Biletini is an e-commerce platform that acts as an intermediary for the sale of event tickets. The organiser of the event is the company named on the event page.

The organiser is responsible for holding the event; the platform is responsible for the sales process and payment handling.

2. Price and payment

The price shown on event pages and in listings is the total amount payable, including the service fee. No additional items are added at the payment step.

The price breakdown (face value plus service fee) is shown in detail during purchase and appears on the order summary.

Payments are collected through a licensed payment institution using 3D Secure verification. Card details are not stored on the platform.

3. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers do not have a right of withdrawal for leisure and entertainment services to be provided on a specific date.

Notwithstanding this, Biletini grants, as a commercial undertaking, an unconditional right of refund up to 48 hours before the event begins. This refund covers the entire amount paid, including the service fee; no deduction is applied.

A refund request is created in a single step within the application and requires no further approval. The amount is refunded to the card used for payment within 3 business days at the latest.

A refunded ticket is allocated to the first person on the waitlist, where one exists.

4. Cancellation or postponement of the event

If the event is cancelled, the full amount paid is refunded automatically, without any request being required.

If the event is postponed, the ticket holder may choose between accepting the new date and receiving a full refund. The decision period is 14 days from the date of announcement; if no choice is made within this period, the ticket remains valid for the new date.

5. Use and transfer of the ticket

The ticket is used by presenting the QR code displayed in the application. The code refreshes every 15 seconds and activates 1 hour before the event; entry cannot be made using a screenshot.

The ticket may be transferred to another user free of charge through the application. Once the transfer is complete, the transferor's code is invalidated.

The ticket may be relisted on the platform at the price originally paid (face value). Sale above face value is not permitted.

6. Complaints and contact

You may contact us through the Live Support section of the application. The average response time is 2 minutes and conversations are handled by support agents.
