1. Your account
To open an account you must be eighteen or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the security of your account. If your phone number changes, you must update your account details.
2. Fair use
Tickets may not be bought using automated tools, bots or multiple accounts. Orders are cancelled where such attempts are detected.
Tickets may not be sold above face value. Tickets found being resold off the platform at inflated prices may be invalidated.
The number of tickets per order is limited on an event-by-event basis, and attempts to exceed that limit are blocked.
3. Organisers
Companies publishing events are responsible for holding the event and for the accuracy of the information they provide.
The platform may suspend an organiser's account in cases of misleading information or repeated complaints.
